Gigi was recommended to me by another attorney.  After two lawyers had failed our child custody case I was skeptical of all layers.  Our case was a mess!  After meeting with her she made me very at ease and assured me she woudl get us on the right track and she did.  Gigi is a mastermind of the details.  When trial got near I sent her a list of questions I thought were personally important to my case and to my suprise she had all the same ones.  That assured me that she had listened to everything I had said and on her end she had done her homework.  She was quick to respond to our needs and requests and on a very personal level.  She made a very difficult time a little easier.  She was up front and honest about things and understood the frustration we were going throuogh.  I would recommend her to anyone as being someone who truly cares about what happens.  Not just another case! - Rachel

I can't thank Ms. Oglesby enough!  My ex sued me for full custody of my daughter.  Unbeknownst to me my original attorney had represented my ex in a divorce so, I was at a disadvantage from the jump.  Of course my ex had my attorney disqualified due to this and my hands were tied.  I called Ms. Oglesby and told her my story.  She immediately intervened the next day upon being served with discovery by his lawyer because she figured I wouldn't have an attorney.  Ms.  Oglesby in return served my ex with discovery and soon after he wanted to settle.  She is definitely a quick draw!  Ms.  Oglesby was able to have my story told in front of the judge and I did not lose my daughter!  If It were not for her, I would probably have lost my daughter on a default judgement.  - Nissi
